Dr. Sossina Haile, from Caltech, opens her
lectures from her course entitled "Solid State Electrochemistry for
Energy Storage and Conversion" for students and researchers around the
world. Dr. Sossina, a world leader in the field, states "I do hope
the lectures are useful to folks around the world. That would be my

Conversation with Dr. Fesseha Kassahun

Dr. Fesseha Kassahun is an Associate Professor of Physics at the Department of Physics, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He is one of the few Physicists at early times obtained his PhD and decided to go home and serve his country. He has headed the department multiple times for several years and was a key participant in the formation of Ethiopian Physical Society in 1998. He taught several courses ranging from junior undergraduate to PhD candidates. He successfully advised two PhD and more than 20 MSc research projects. Currently Dr. Fesseha is advising six PhD research projects. He has published numerous papers on Physical Review and other reputable Physics journals. Dr Fesseha wrote two books with Lulu publication (Fundamentals Of Quantum Mechanics and Fundamentals of Quantum Optics ).
Most of his students agree that he has a unique ability in explaining complicated physical phenomena to his students in a simple and understandable way. He as many of his Physicist collogues, has a unique perspective on the question of "Intelligent Design". EPS-NA had a conversation with him
